Online Ordering Every item available to buy online has one of these buttons: Just click it and your product will be added to your shopping basket. If there were other items already in the basket the totals will be updated. Postage is also calculated. Your shopping basket's contents can be viewed and edited at this point. You can also access your basket at any other time by clicking on the far right of the navigation bar. Methods of ordering There are two ways of ordering products online. Each method has access to exactly the same range of products and uses the same shopping basket. In fact, you can use both methods together - they are just different ways of accessing products. Method 1 This method is designed for shoppers who want to see images of the products and read full information before buying. If you have never ordered a particular product before or just want to browse around, this is the method to use. Every product has its own 'Add This Item to My Basket' button for purchasing: When pressed, the shopping basket is displayed in the main site window, showing the newly added item along with any other previously added products. The window showing the product information remains open behind the main site and can be brought forward to continue browsing and buying, as some windows show multiple products or options. You can also return to the 'Products' page using the link in the basket or in the navigation bar at the bottom of the site if you want to look at products from a different category. Method 2 (Fast-track ordering) This method is for seasoned buyers - it's simply a list of all of our products on a single page organised by category. There are no descriptions or product photos, just names, codes and prices along with an 'Add This Item to My Basket' button for every item. This single page appears in the main site rather than as a popup window as in the case of method 1. This is a much faster, no-nonsense way of buying for customers who know exactly what they want or buy the same items regularly. In this case, whenever you add an item to your basket, a button labelled 'Continue Shopping' will appear at the bottom of the shopping basket page. Clicking this will cause you to leave the shopping basket and return to the Fast-track page where you can carry on adding items. Viewing Your Shopping Basket Your shopping basket is displayed whenever you add an item to it, or you click on the far right of the navigation bar. Changing the Contents of Your Shopping Basket Your shopping basket can be displayed for editing or checking at any time (see ' Viewing Your Shopping Basket ' above). Items added to the basket initially have a quantity of "1". To order more than one item, simply type the new amount into the 'Quantity' field and press the 'Recalculate' button below. To remove an item completely change that item's quantity to "0" and press 'Recalculate'. It will be deleted from the list. Making a Payment Whilst viewing your basket (see ' Viewing Your Shopping Basket ' above) you will see that the cost of all of the items has been calculated to give a subtotal. Delivery is calculated at 5% of this amount and then added to it to give the total cost. You will also see a 'Go to Payments' button. If you are happy with your order press this button (if not, see "Changing the Contents of Your Shopping Basket" above or just carry on shopping) The payment pages which follow are simple and self-explanatory, having instructions at each step. However here is a brief outline: Clicking the 'Go to Payments' button will prompt you for your name, address and credit card details which are handled by our secure server to complete your purchase. There is an option to supply a different delivery address if it is different to that of the cardholder. Press 'Continue'. Certain details (labelled in bold) are compulsory and the order cannot be completed without them. If you do miss out any compulsory information, you will be asked to supply the missing details before continuing. The next page is a confirmation page showing everything you have supplied. Pressing 'Continue' takes you the page where the credit card details are requested. Enter the required information Press "Continue" (once again, any omissions or errors must be corrected before you are allowed to continue). The final confirmation page appears with a link back to the home page. Your order is sent securely to YB International and a detailed email receipt is sent to the address you supplied. Offline Ordering If you do not wish to buy online, you can still purchase by downloading our PDF order form which is available from each product page or by clicking here. Print out the order form and complete the quantity of each product required. Add up the sub total. Add 5% of the order value for postage and packing.
